My favourite one to date is, "seems to be that Tantalex never got the assay results tested and they will NEVER be released" 

Opps! but they were tested and released.
And i might add economically worthy of mining despite of what you might think.
 
What's next on your list of "seems to be"?
"seems to be an apple is just a fruit from a tree and the company doesn't really exist so sell all your shares"? :)
