RE:SEDI Insider 3 New reports Another great find, WD! He appears to be the last one to show his consolidated share count which means that process hasn't been carried out yet. His share count post consolidation would be ~ 938,000 shares. He has purchased 700,000 shares.
Lena Kozovski and Paul Haber had 230,000 shares each post consolidation. In total they have purchased well over 1.2 million shares this week. Michael Yeung purchased 660,000.
In total insiders now own in excess of 4 million shares, more than half of which they purchased themselves. NO insiders have SOLD! As such they would be just as frustrated and disappointed as retail investors that the manipulation remains strong. I would also be surprised if any of them would be happy believing whoever acquired the shares for Add Biomedical would now be dumping them ....if that was the reason behind the drop in sp this week.
Certainly they have a vested interest and expectation that the sp should be and will be much higher over the next few weeks and months.
