I think what investors mite be more interested in knowing

is how much cannabis they've already sold - its been almost two months since they announced the Canada-wide sales license. If all they have in 2 months, after getting a cultivation license in October 2018, is approval to sell cannabis in ... Saskatchewan (!?!?!) then something is seriously phecked up.
Comment by BoZiger on Nov 03, 2020 12:15pm
Ooops, JJeerryy thought that was GOOD news. Wait till they announce they are legal to sell cannabis on the moon which has a slightly higher population than Saskatchewan. Jjerryy will be ecstatic.
Comment by KozmoT on Nov 03, 2020 12:57pm
I'm still waiting for Jerry to try to explain where the missing $3 million for Hemmingford and the $600K for Yunify disappeared to, never mind the revenues from all the cannabis they supposedly grew already. He never quite seems able to address those glaring issues.
Comment by BoZiger on Nov 03, 2020 2:35pm
What do you expect - JJeerrryy thought it would be a great idea to buy heated million dollar NASA solar blankets to keep Hemmingford ground warm so they could commence construction 3 winters ago. He's not the brightest bulb.
Comment by Noscams on Nov 05, 2020 8:32am
They just released news of getting a licence...so what happened to the stock price ... nothing as usual... now why is that Jerry ? Why not any updates about any of there last ," projects " ?
Comment by bmeister2 on Nov 06, 2020 7:34am
I agree, KozmoT, that what is crucial here is knowing how many sales have taken place or ordered and what is mmj's inventory. I don't give a fock about Hemmingford at the moment but just where we are with sales? btw, I still think management sucks.
Comment by BlackjackBenny on Nov 06, 2020 10:13am
What's to know?  There is about 2 million dollars worth of pot sitting at Dorval packagaed and ready to go. But typical government bull$hit in this country, they have a sales licence to sell from the Federal governent, but now require approval from each individual province. So far they have sask as the only province they can ship to. Waiting on alta, ont, quebec .You know of course quebec ...more

The missing Hemmingford money was NOT "to hold the land" and that Quebec company? it just happens to belong to management relatives and Boris has appointed himself director and secretary.  The money was to develop the greenhouses. There are no greenhouses and to the best of my knowledge, the money has not yet been paid back. And, respectfully, the fact that you think Matica is a B ...more

Maybe you should do your own DD dumba$$. Matica Corp was formed in British Columbia and to this day is still is under British Columbia Corporate Governance.
Comment by KozmoT on Nov 06, 2020 2:53pm
LOL Matica Enterprises Inc. Address 44 Victoria Street, Suite 1102 Toronto, ON M5C 1Y2 Canada Cadman Resources was the original shell company incorporated under the BC Business Corporation Act ... in 2007.  I believe they were based in Mississauga at the time. That's in Ontario. Their current reporting jurisdictions are ...   Reporting ...more

they could have offices in antartica ,doesn't mean anything .Matica is incorporated in British Columbia .
Comment by BoZiger on Nov 06, 2020 4:29pm
Who cares where they are incorporated? The primary reason for the loan  as Blackjack so meticulously noted was so they could set up shop in Quebec.  Problem is BJ, that they have never disclosed any information regarding the Hemmingford operation, expenses, cash flows, payments to directors etc.  If they only created this surrogate company to get around the territory problem, why ...more

I will tell you why I care . It pi$$es me off when some clown tells me to do more DD when he doesn't even know how to do a corparate search.Matica is incorporated in BC and no where else period. You are right it doesn't mean jack. They got around the land ownership problem by lending the money to George Browns family. Wouldn't have been they way i would have done it ,but they did. If you categorize Matica as a BC company even though they have no business and no office there and never have but are completely based in Ontario and Quebec then you look like a fool.  But about that $3 million "loan" to George's relatives - what does your "DD" tell you the asking price of the entire property was? Hint - nowhere near $3 million.
Comment by BlackjackBenny on Nov 07, 2020 9:01am
Yes I know Dumbass, the asking price for the property was 600,000. When people refer to where a company is based out of they are speaking of wherever it is incorporated. IE. Any provincially taxable income Matica has will be paid to the Government of BRITISH COLUMBIA. I was only stating that they were from outside of Quebec , they had to form another company to hold the land. To imply that ...more

Why don’t they just release a statement of operations outlining the expenditures on the property?  Don’t the shareholders who financed it deserve that transparency?
Comment by BlackjackBenny on Nov 07, 2020 12:39pm
That is a fair question!  Boris and Brown had a mining background and if you have ever invested in any of the miners you would know the attitude of the industry is dam the shareholders, they will get told what they need to know when we feel like it. Boris's problem now that he just doesn't quite understand is that he is dealing with a different type of investor. here's why.  ...more

Great post . Its all so true . Remember 2 years ago about this time Boris had a N.R. that they had financing of $20 million ? Apparently it seems so far that was just another story .
Comment by KozmoT on Nov 07, 2020 2:05pm
What happened to the $3million dollars BlackJack?  And you said Boris and George had mining backgrounds.  LOL
Comment by BlackjackBenny on Nov 07, 2020 2:55pm
Ok now I see you are just a complete TOOL. You know nothing .
Comment by KozmoT on Nov 07, 2020 4:23pm
It was YOU tried to claim these clowns had mining backgrounds, not me. Just like you are the one saying Matica is a B.C. company and people should not worry about the missing $3 million that was supposed to go to building greenhouses.

Did Boris finish putting up the drywall in the bathroom yet I bought this for over a buck Bag holder here, pretty bitter Oh well as long as the washroom gets finished, I will be happy

Gee , has anyone ever heard of Cadium , or that Gold company, that was missing a few hundred thousand ? Now who was asked to resign from that Gold company ?
Comment by KozmoT on Nov 08, 2020 11:57am
Gold World Resources. Boris was President. Until he wasn't. I have no idea if they ever found the money.

I have hope and faith he will pull it off! Contrary to any  basher regardless how many multiple user names he comes up with to bash MMJ.
Comment by jjeerryy on Nov 06, 2020 8:16pm
After reading over my post I certainly did not mean to imply BlackJackBenny is a basher, I meant what I said to those he was responding too. Sorry, I hope I cleared that up.
Comment by KozmoT on Nov 06, 2020 12:49pm
You should care about Hemmingford - thats where over $3,000,000 of investor dollars has mystiously disappeared into the pockets of management relatives, according to their own Financial Statements. As for the Dorval inventory - would you really believe anything they told you?  Think about how old it is - who do you think would buy it?
Comment by Noscams on Nov 20, 2020 11:03pm
Money aways seems to be changing hands ..... but thats about it .... I wonder why there is never any increase in SP ? Why still nothing done at Hemmingford ... Boris s plans always sound so expensive and then everything stops until the next " idea " and then the issuing of more shares .....
