You've managed to confuse me so I've decided to outline such confusion to you directly, just so you know how your actions look from the outside.
1. You HALTED trading pending news before opening on Fri Sep 11 then you didn't issue a NR till COB Mon Sep 14.
Why the two trading day delay? 2. As of time of writing (opening bell Tue Sep 15), the stock is still HALTED.
Maybe more news coming? Or else, why still HALTED?

Firstly, I have long believed Biosenta to be a better licensor of rights than manufacturer of products so congratulations on the structure of this deal. Questions:
3. I have seen references to a number of products in Biosenta releases - TriFiller, True, Erase, Zeromold, Purity - but I don't think I have ever seen reference to DualXtiv.
What is "DualXtiv"?
4. There was no link to Kleen Bee Labs website in the release. A basic Google search indicates Kleen Bee is a sanitation supplier from Prince Albert, Saskatoon. They appear to be a wholesaler of cleaning products, servicing central Saskatchewan. www.kleen-bee.com
Is this the Kleen Bee with which you have contracted and why are they the best partner for DualXtiv?
Finally, unrelated to the HALT and NR:
5. On August 5 you issued a notice that the AGM would be on Oct 8 but we have no further details on when, how and where this meeting will be held. Please advise?
More clarity on the progress of this company would be extremely useful to educate investors.
