Any news when this will bounce back?

Any news when this will bounce back?I was doing some quick trades this morning and stumbled on this cannabis stock and bought 15000 at 1.11 any idea if it will be going up soon or continue to decline. Trying not to lose money but also not sure why it went so low this morning? I read the financials, fundamentals and technicals (leaves a sour taste in my mouth) and I'm not sure if this is just a major dilution but wow. Can someone shed some light or provide more information? Thanks.
