I brought this low ball offer to the OSC attention and explained this is the only way for canadians to invest in physical cobalt, since LME doesn't trade here. Their response "are suggest you buy shares of Nickle 28 as they still provide exposure to cobalt." In other words they take canadians for fools. Seems to be a lot of crockery against canadians and no panel for us to advocate for our rights. Disgraceful. We used to have just as much rights as the US. Now we are being treated like 2nd class citizens by our own.
