Moreover, It seems that those in the YES camp have truly not the same time horizon that those in the NO. It's notable that previous post of abrahaminc mentioned "given the current market state it's a good deal". If you want to make money with Cobalt you should not be stuck in "current" time frame! Even the stream with Vale starts only in 16 months so trying to acertain a value of that asset NOW is pure magical thingking. HOW CAN YOU AFFIRMED THAT "IF THE DEAL IS VOTED DOWN THE STOCK WILL TANK" you are a seer?
If gold price can soar 20% in less than 4 months, can you imagine what a small market strategic metal like Cobalt, controlled great part by a country called Democratic Republic of Congo (so ironic), can do? It's dynamite, that is why Pala wants it!
