Should be one rotten business. Considering that the entire initial set of holders will effectively have received their shares either as 'free' spin-off or aquired at prices around 0.50 CAD or less, any attempt to ralley will be drowned in a sea of sellers for a long time to come. Barring a strong ralley in nickel or cobalt it might take years for Cobalt28 to gain traction. If ever.
