Hello Moose,
Looking over the board I don,t see a strong securities lawyer. I would like to believe you but I do not see the evidence.  I am more inclined to think we need a much more agressive "gun" to put some heat on HBM.
I have no doubt that between the lawsuit and the War Baby claim we should get at least $5 per share from HBM. But we will have to force the issue. And that would still be a good deal for HBM. The facts are clear and HBM knows it.
The only way we will get a fair deal is by hitting their "stonewall" with a "battering ram". It is time to strap on our guts and put some stick about.
Yes, I have mixed a lot of metaphors but they paint a clear picture.
