When will we get our distribution? Is it by the end of this month?

Deal has to be voted on, then close first. I would think a week or so after that.

The vote will in all probability go the way managemtn wants since only 12% of retail investors voted before. Then management could inform us the deal will close at the end of October and take two more months of earnings. If this is truly the best offer we received of "several interested parties" I'd hate to see what the stink bids were.
