Seriously speaking buy CEM (Chemtura) and get rich.  Billion dollar revenue company only trading for .10 because out of S&P and some funds can't hold this stock if it is out of S&P ...more

What is going on?

The comapny has had consistent losses for the past 5 years, with an atrocious technical impression. I would not purchase this company unless any significnt contracts come its way.
