Good Morning Forst I sympathise with your frustration and certainly thre are those on this board who are very supportive of management thus far.  I am not sure if this is purely incompentance or simply wilful neglect - perhaps a combination of both as one is hard put to understand how a company either misses or just meets a submission deadline that is well know months, if not years, in ...more

is it even possible to recover from something like this? Share price will certainly take a dive if and when this gets trading.

Yes it is possible, but as you suggest more often than not there is a marked drop in the share price as soon as trading resumes which reflects the lack of trust of the shareholders in the expertise or integrety of management - sometimes it recovers, often not. We are now going on 1 month of a halt - I really doubt management cares in spite of others who may have different opinions.  If this ...more

I highly recommend not trading with emotions. The properties are good, line of credit is solid, I share your frustration, but in the end this was paper work errors, yes it was sloppy, I doubt managment expected the exchange to be so slow when the BCSC revoked the halt the next day. The exchange has thousands of halted companies to deal with for late financials. Nothing is really different just a ...more

I absolutely agree with you Highlander.  Emotionally, i would like to hang on to this investment as I think the Golden Triangle is the place to be these days, especially with the recent TUD news release.  Logicallly, however, there are many other respectable companies and investing in one where Management is, as you say "sloppy"  (which is probably a gross understatement), ...more

Jack has returned my calls. Maybe try his number. It's on the news release. The exchange wants a few things and an other director added. Things should be back shortly.
