RE:NORD going private

RE:NORD going privateSo reading thru this press release the general theme coming from management is the Rodney Dangerfield "I don't get any respect" mindset. They might be right!. They have good low cost producing mines with strong reserves backing them up, soon to be producing over a million Z's per annum, and they're not happy with the valuation the street is giving them. They want to pull back off the exchanges, continue with their aggressive growth plan, and in time go public again with a stronger profile. What does that mean for us? Pretty obvious they're going to take us out, put those 5 million Z's in their portfolio, and continue on with their growth plan. We're the preverbial low hanging fruit, it's now just a matter of price.
