RE:RE:RE:Spin Out (US Nevada) News

RE:RE:RE:Spin Out (US Nevada) NewsNo matter how you cut it, Columbus is undervalued. We all understand the valuation metrics of the FG property, that by itself should have us at a market cap of around $200 million. Obviously, until some clarity is reached, we won't see that reflected in the share price. What jumps out at me is the gift management is giving us shareholders in the Nevada spin-off. I compare Columbus/Nevada to another Jr I own, NuLegacy, which both share many similarities. Both have large properties to explore both are about at the same stage of their exploration process. Both have some of the best teams in the business doing the work. The NULGF market cap is close to it's 52 week low, at around $50 million. We in turn are valuing our spin-off at 20% of our current cap, (1 share for every 5 ) which would equal $16 million, or a third of what our peers are noted to be. Keep in mind the base value of CBGDF is as said stunted. All the more reason this spin is dripping with value.
