this is true, so it does depend on the terms and who got involved.

the hold period is standard and that is part of the problem actually when it comes to depressing the price, you know most retailers will flip at first opportunity.

this is the norm for penny stock PP

now if it is allocated to strategic investors, whole different story. if we get a name company involved in distribution or the cannabis sector or an investment firm for example then that can propel a stock because they aren't flippers.
