Agree

Agree, 51% controlling and building partner or for me a full take out based on higher SP and premium on top of that.
If Justin was on the ball he would consider a spin out of other stuff that might get zero value in a partnership or takeover.

RE:RE:RE:Why can't they go alone?

From an email response from IR on April 24, all systems are a go for the DFS release in May.

Yes, partnering in a sense is a form of dilution.   TLG is not going to come up with $1B on there own & if they could the resulting dilution to the company would make this much less appealing.  The very best result is obviously a major that is will to buy this out at $1.5B+.  At this stage of derisking the chances of this = zero.  So the real best case outcome is that the DFS is viewed as outstanding by a major or two.  We get one of them to buy 50% into the project with enough capital to pay for all or most of what
Troilus' 1/2 of the building cost will be.  I think that's a reasonable expectation.  It leaves our share count in the 300M range as we finish up permitting & head into construction.  Hopefully our target dates stay as is, physical AU & CU continue to shine and we'll end up as some very happy investors.
