RE: Speaking of Kondratieff waves...

RE: Speaking of Kondratieff waves...Good point karead. So the question is, when does the peak of the BB's move from investing in stocks, to cashing them in to retire and buy those annuities? what year does the peak of the baby boomers reach that magic retirement age of 65? (would imagine that book states this). Sure some diehards will stay in the market. But the masses will be cashing in those chips. Maybe the peak in equity prices for the boomers has already been put in place? I think there is a case to be made for many tech stocks. If warren buffett is correct and it takes 8 years of demoralizing stagflation to correct the debt/credit bubble, this may be about the time bb's start to retire en masse and cash in those chips. Or maybe we'll all trade in our golf clubs and gardening tools and become day-traders till our dying days? lol
