M&A SPECIALIST?
Looks like they may have brought a M&A specialist on board. Downey has been involved in many successful mergers. Could get interesting.
BTW I don't think anyone with a large position would liquidate it 500 shs at time. The commissions would be horrendous.

Of course its a large position. He is using a VWAP order. Not paying commision for each trade but for the total sum once he is finished

There was a filing recently that told who it was. He actually is an individual investor that a poster on another board knows personally. The filing said he liquidated a small portion for diversification purposes and that he likes the company and feels it is undervalued at current prices. I found the filing while on the Investors Hub message board. T
