True Story???

Since I only see one poster bashing the crap out of this stock...what is the true story?  Why is the stock down??  Here are some suggestions....share dilution and recent news concerning the world economic situation.  Simply put, things aren't turning around as quickly as everyone hoped and this is affecting the market.
In the case of CLL the resource value is there, but poor SP performance is always linked to less than stellar management performance...it's natural economic law.  Large players in the market are going to take advantage of this, hence the flow through financing.  If you are holding long you don't have anything to worry about....if your playing the short game....well......
