not being snarky...just think a sale of a part (pipe maybe?) seems more probable.
I notice there is no talk so far of recapitalization (yet) or some such so some kind of sale seems inevitable.no way Aimco lets this wither away over 7 mil or so bank debt .Bison (Josh Young)has been adding lately as well but there could be another angle there.
Anyway, bottom fishing at tax loss time...I'm in for a chunk.

I agree that recapitalization shouldn't be even remotely required, as the debt isn't that bad, and with new oil and gas pricing, we should be making a reasonable amount of cash flow going forward.

They could sell the pipeline, and considering it is supposed to bring in $1.6 million in revenue, could be worth a fair chunk of cash.
