I just emailed them,  i will keep you posted with their response.    I own almost 27,000 shares, so an epic come back would be nice.  Too bad the cost is close to $5 a share.

Jon, did you confirm with the law firm what happens to your shares, if a settlement amount is paid out to you for your losses on those shares? In some cases, shares are forfeited to the corporation ...more

I personally did the email route.  They did not need alot of  information.  So i just downloaded my statements/trade confirmations and a bit of personal info.  That was it.   ...more

The best way to join the class action lawsuit is to email. But the questionnaire works too. I went the email root. But to answer your question, yes you must go get your bank statements and ...more
