anyone following this stock

My question on the rights offering was answered in a news release. This company has put in place a tested management team, and hired outside expertise. I undertand that there is a 1 for 4 reverse split in the works. and in spite of the class action suite steeming from the IPO, it appears that this stock may have leggs. If the restaurant is any where as good as its web site suggests, or some of the on line reviews, than it will succeed. Anyone been to a Cosi?
