RE:There will still be pressure from Governments to cut CO2Except of course the feds aren't making a sh,t load of cash with it. In the provinces where the federal government is implementing a price on carbon, they are returning the money to the citizens. That way, those who emit little carbon can make money off the scheme. It is only those who emit lots of CO2 that will loose money, and they can just change their habits if they don't want to lose money.
