Had "clean coal" not become a dirty phrase here maybe we would have seen some progress  even under Trump, but that window looks closed now.  This has to be what the Australian coal lobby is trying to avoid. I'm a little skeptical that licensing is the way they'd want to go given the piddly market cap we have and the insanely huge chinese and indian markets also in play, but whatever drives the price back up works for me.
