When the residents of the county don't want it it is an uphill battle. A woman and a environmenral group but land essentially surrounding the area in question and it has created a peoblem for getting road in and out among other things. Good news it is Romania and palms being greased can get things through. Bad news is if another government not friendly to the mine gets elected before the process is over that will create massive headaches. Keep in mind at one point this stock was trading over 500 a share. Be awhile back but you can see the potential for a massive upside.
