I did my dissertation on the Rovina Valley Project :-) :-). Romanian mining laws really need an overhaul - they are massively archaic. The one piece of good news is those who purchase small parcels of land in the tailing area - the land can be forcibly bought off them through expropriation. Also expect the EIA Q3 2023, which will also provide the construction permit.
