CEC had made statements in the media that they intended to submit the revised Application by the end of the first quarter which is today. It's no surprise that they didn't make this timeline, since they've never made a deadline yet self imposed or otherwise. I'm looking forward to their year end financial statement which will be made public at the end of April. Should show lot's of red ink and no prospects for revenue anytime soon,and with a joint venture partner ( Itochu) still intending to withdraw from the joint venture partnership.
