RE:RE:RE:Where is the negative?It has been over a year since any mention of legal action against Crius regarding "unfair" business practices and unfair pricing. I do not see where any of the cases even proceeded. Regardless, the amount outlines in coneticuit was the consumers with Criuse overpaid by 12 million but they did nto factor in things like the preium that consumers willingly paid for greener energy so the 12 million was an inaccurate estimate. Regardless, I see nothing on this since summer 2016.
