Someone please enlighten me because I do not see the "negative" in that set of financials. It all looks strong and they are still growing!

There is no mention of a lawsuit in the news. Was it mentioned on the conference call?

They are just keeping cash for lawsuits which is a wise thing to do.  The way it has bounced from $7.90, it is a buying opportunity. People with deep pockets wanted it cheap.

It has been over a year since any mention of legal action against Crius regarding "unfair" business practices and unfair pricing. I do not see where any of the cases even proceeded. Regardless, the amount outlines in coneticuit was the consumers with Criuse overpaid by 12 million but they did nto factor in things like the preium that consumers willingly paid for greener energy so the 12 ...more

A couple of things come to mind beyond the provision for litigation, neither of which is particularlly relevent to Chrius. 1) Energy stocks have been under pressure 2) Retailers reacting to the net loss on the quarter and forgetting that this is an income trust I'm just guessing, of course, but both of these may have caused an over-reaction from the market.  Please chime in anyone on ...more
