RE:Where is the negative?A couple of things come to mind beyond the provision for litigation, neither of which is particularlly relevent to Chrius.

1) Energy stocks have been under pressure
2) Retailers reacting to the net loss on the quarter and forgetting that this is an income trust

I'm just guessing, of course, but both of these may have caused an over-reaction from the market.  Please chime in anyone on these thoughts anyone 'cause....

....what do I know?
