It's the frogs

Nice close today. Desjardins - of course. They decided to sell 500 shares for the ask - $11.94, then 500 for $11.90 - just to make sure a few more retailers would sell off tomorrows open. This country is badly in need of a central securites watchdog. At the moment if I wanted to complain to someone that Desjardins was manipulating the price of a stock I would have to take my case to Quebec to do it. And I would have to do it in French. LOL Sad but true. Canada and just Vancouver is a Mecca for cheats and always will be until we get our act together and put the security exchanges under a single central umbrella. Until then ignorant scum like Desjardins - probably the filthiest bunch of crooks in Canada - will be free to do what they do best: screw small investors. They'be built an empire doing it. Come on Harper. You had all sorts of things to say BEFORE the election.

".. This country is badly in need of a central securites watchdog. " I don't agree with you at all. The way I see it is that as bad as things are with a single watchdog things could and likely would be worse. Why? At present with a number of commissions each one in doing whatever work they do has to think of how its actions or non-actions will look in the eyes of their ...more
