Thanks for taking the time to respond Dude..
I have a small position and continue to research.  Can you or anyone on the board tell me about the smeltering royalty?  I understand what it is, however, I'm not sure at what stage of the process it becomes significant.  I mean they are still drilling and proving up what they have and production seems a ways off..  Therefore, I'm trying to figure out whether at this stage the royalty written into the deal is "telling" or if it's similar to a real estate agent bartering with the fridge and stove to make it sound like you are getting something that's actually standard practice?

I'm assuming Franco thinks they have something since they were willing to buy 1.4 million shares.
