RE:The deal explainedI like the deal. Aligns with the culture of this management group. Lower risk by subletting rented land. They are all about passive income. Much like a REIT. They set it up, lease the infrastructure out, collect profits whilst charging a management fee. Considering this is only 5% of the available CBD land, more deals will be like this in the future.
