The deal explained
Mym is basically paying elite 500k up front to come plant, grow, harvest and sell cbd rich hemp on their ( Mym) land.
In exchange , they only ask 50% of harvest (minus the cost of processing and sales fees) so basically less than 50%. Which is 13 million. To me it sounds like Elite would get the other 50.
Mym - $13 000 000 ,minus cost of processing and sales , minus land ownership fees, taxes, etc
Elite -$13 500 000 ,plus cost of processing and sales fees
Basically it sounds like Elite is great and growing hemp and they just made a great deal . Materials and labour ..no overhead expenses. Basically pure profit and sounds like a good deal .
It also sounds like MYM May give crops products some exposure in three different countries markets ...which sounds like a plus as well
thoughts ?

I like the deal. Aligns with the culture of this management group. Lower risk by subletting rented land. They are all about passive income. Much like a REIT. They set it up, lease the infrastructure out, collect profits whilst charging a management fee. Considering this is only 5% of the available CBD land, more deals will be like this in the future.

Simply put - the key here is that the revenue/profit that will be generated by this project would equal a grand total $0.00 if the $500k investment was not accpeted, so as long as the profit is more than $500k, it will have been a good idea. Salut, Leigh McBain
