Deep thoughts

Deep thoughtsFor those of you who do not work for the company, and are only interested things like "facts", I'm sorry you had to wade through the multiple pages of gibberish that have been posted over the past couple of days.

However, this should provide some more insight into why CSFS is in its current predicament.  Yes, there have been some poor decisions made by the brass in Edmonton.  One of those decisions was to stop seeking out quality front line staff, and to pay below living wage.  CSFS associates are frequently minimum wage employees, and the 'managers' - really, just glorified customer service reps - are frequently not much higher.  What might come as a surprise is the exceptionally high percentage of CSFS associates that actually borrow from their employer at the exact same rates and fees as the general public.  It's really quite astounding.

As you can see by the writing skills displayed over the past couple of days, these wages are not bringing in or retaining the type of people CSFS needs to compete.  One poor associate cannot even spell 'bankruptcy' - perhaps her spellcheck is broken?

As for Ms. Ataloss: I feel bad that you will soon be without a job at your age.  Please understand, though, that you have 'helped' precious few of 'your' clients.  Perhaps 1% of these people were bailed out of some sort of predicament by Cash Store's, ahem, generosity.  For the vast majority, however, the Cash Store's services just put them in a deeper hole.

spyguy200: Thanks for pulling back the curtain on the military secret that is the regional retreat.  Without your courage, outsiders would not know that CSFS is the first and only company to ever treat its management team to a getaway.  Hopefully an investigation will be launched to look into this largesse.

Now, let's get back to the conspiracy theories, poor grammar, and broken shift keys that are the trademarks of a good CSFS associate.
