The people on the front lines are the only reason why this company made money! Maids scrubbing toilets made more than your staff at CSFS what does that tell people about thekind of product you were serving? If anyone of you could have done the work that the CSRs and Managers did then just maybe you would be someone. But hey....as long as you can sleep at night! But just like anything Karma is a b@!$h....people getting rich off of other people`s misfortune gotta wonder if their is a judgement day for you? But thanks for clearing up (if their ever was a question) how the garbage at head office felt about the emplyees in the branches because we knew all along!
