Shyguy - it isn't even worth acknowledging an individual who 1. degrades an individual for spelling and grammar errors when he/she themselves don't realize that alot is NOT a word. Even my 8 year old grand child knows this. 2. Who is just trying to get our goats. HE/SHE stated they love the arguing going on... therefore, let us just not react too harshly (not saying you have or are) as to allow them the gratification of 'winning.' At the end of the day, we know the type of people we are and if we are happy with that, then who gives a flying duck what someone behind a screen says. We as employees, obviously in Ontario, were guinea pigs. Next in my opinion, is MB. I am proud of my background, you should be too, don't let anyone bring you down because of it and never stoop down to their level. What people don't realize is how we have helped our customers, if it be listening to their problems, helping them with a bill that if they weren't able to use our services couldn't pay. I am sure there were and are managers that are out for number one and to just make buck, but not all of us are like that. What is stopping anyone from leaving? I don't leave because I do not want to leave my customers, the ones who I know inside and out, the ones who stop by to just say hi as they were in the area. Customers pay people they like right?? Just remember, there will always be a devils advocate who will always put in their 2 cents worth. It is how we react is what matters and the only thing we can control.
