Excellent buying opportunity

Arrow does not do fracking, nor need to do it. That and new licenses are the two risks with Petro now elected. However, they might get the Oso Pardo extension before Petro inauguration, which is in August. Nevertheless, as Colombia is a republic, Petro needs support from the two democratic elected Houses. 

it is a great buying opportunity before next well results, which probably adds another 1000 bbls net.

Clear. Both news then go back to where the share was a few days ago. Then back up to 30 cents with immediate sale. As is the case with Canadian penny stocks. The 40 Cent is a request concert
