FED signals easing of rate hikes. Get your shares now. Starting December Russian oil is banned in western world, not in the likes of India or China though. However India got 40% off market price so Russia will hurt.

Oil and S&P/DOW certainly got a huge push up today. Looking at S&P RSI it was at the bottom

OPEC’s oil-market predictions for the fourth quarter have proven more accurate than those of its rival forecaster, the IEA.
