That's not possible....look at the chart from 3 years ago. Rental tanks/hvac are disclosed in the purchase agreement. Perhaps the buyer and their agents should negotiate that at the time of sale ...more

more sellers than buyers - keep pushing this down to another 52 week low. Even with dividends this is generating negative overall returns. take a look at a 1 - 2 - 3 year chart for this company. GLTA
