Here is the reply i received from investor relations Jeff Stuart last evening.I would hold my shares and continue buying during price dips .

Hi Jeff. The press release mentions the dollars invested in the equity component is delayed and the company will put out a news release as soon as we know what's coming next. The agreement we have is legally binding and KMDC has expressed no interest in changing the terms.
