the Saudi's used to break deals left right and center but nowadays its to dangerous , The Koreans have many quests to embark on and this deal is important as to their word and integrity . They have much more at stake then the initial cash of the agreement guidelines , a bad reputation of fudging on deals would haunt them forever.

You're right Magic, but KMDC has failed once and now they're trying again. I'm thinking this is more about what is happening in Korea than what is happening with POP. If it's about saving face, I think they care a lot more about what the powers that be in Korea think, compared to what you and I consider fair play here in the Western world. For all we know they may be laughing at us ...more

It is a simple case of East meets West, two different cultures, two different ways of doing business and on top of it, dealing with the Korean Government, National Bank is complicated and time consuming. It would have been very surprising for the deal to be signed without any delays. Agreed Here is the reply i received from investor relations Jeff Stuart last evening.I would hold my shares and continue buying during price dips . Hi Jeff. The press release mentions the dollars invested in the equity component is delayed and the company will put out a news release as soon as we know what's coming next.
