RE:David LeMay

You can oust him by voting yes. Thought that was made pretty clear today.

RE:RE:RE:David LeMay

Can there be any argument at this point that David LeMay and Al Bellstedt were one of the worst CEO/Board Chair pairs in human history?

Hard decisions are needed to survive.  They're not getting my vote.

RE:David LeMay

You're dreaming.  It's too late.  Look at TMX: it says it's bleeding $5.92 a share.  The takeover offer is generous.  If the offer's not accepted by shareholders ...more

David LeMay

Not sure who he is working for, but it's not the shareholders.  How can we oust this guy and his team?  A $1.6 billion backlog is surely worth more than $4M plus the cost of carrying ...more

This looks like the worst buyout offer I have ever seen.

old benj can get pretty smug at times so it's nice to see him get a little pain.  why is it trading at 34 cents when the shareholder will get considerably less?

RE:RE:RE:RE:4 m bird shares/ 31m sox shares=0.129

Sad story for the shareholders. Management really run this into the ground at full speed. Forced to sell for shares at 13% of trading value due to the low margins on their backlog.

RE:RE:Gallander

Easy come, easy go.  Benj's probably thinking about jumping off a building right now like the wall street bag holders did after the 1929 crash.

RE:Gallander

Benj must be having a tough year. Looking at his globe articles from 2019: SOX, Reitmans, Transat, Extendicare....yikes!

RE:Gallander

Why?  Watch the BNN video again.  He said there's a good chance it could go bankrupt.

RE:RE:RE:4 m bird shares/ 31m sox shares=0.129

The problem is TMX says it has a market cap of $10.9M wtih 31m shares, that's your 35 cents it's trading at, but it's bleeding $5.92/share, so come 4th qtr vote, a 13 cent offer is better ...more
