WAKE UP!

WAKE UP!

Stock price down 28% after their announcement of their dismal second quarter results. The pain is shared and common amongst the subsidiary companies. This is clearly the result of the poor leadership of Churchill - a theme that I have been harping on for a long time. The current CEO is so focused on centralizing administrative costs and trying to stifle all individual efforts that he has eliminated any entrepreneurial spirit. Things will not change until they get rid of the current CEO and hire someone from the construction industry. The employees are not stupid - their compensation is plummeting - and we may see them leave for more profitable companies and better paydays. Watch for the death spiral!
