RE:RE:RE:BOOOM!!!!!Cannot agree more with your comments below. There need to be some changes made pretty fast however the management need to start focusing on the business and stop trying to undermine each other. Go back to the basics and build unity / team first and start trusting your team members. They are the professionals and know the industry. Construction is about taking risk and then manage the risk. If you want to bring the company back to it’s former glory get rid of the massive corporate overheads and let the specialists get the job done. You have destroyed your HR initiatives since 2013 and the employees are questioning you on every decision you make.
