RE:RE:RE:RE:Current fall.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Current fall. Your are probably right.  With a weak management team at the Senior Executive and Vice President Levels expecially compared to competitiors, not much hope for positive results in Q4 2019 or likely all of 2020.  One wonders when the large shareholders AIMCO or not sure if the Allard's still own shares will pull the trigger on the Board and management.  Amazed the board came out against Crescendo Partners proposal in January to put lipstick on this pig and sell it.

Both the Board and management must have been aware that they had to cancel the dividend by that point and that 2019 would be a crappy year as no new business on the books.  Looking out for themselves not shareholders.

I guess they thought the shareholders would appreciate the $1.50 price versus the probable $9.70 sale price in order to keep the board and managment's salaries and other benefits going.  NOT!!

This one may be a good one for shareholders to take the directors and officers to court in a class action on fiduciary duty.  Assuming they have insurance that might pay out, otherwise no blood in this stone.
