BBB stadium lawsuit

Earlier this month Stuart Olson expanded the legal action and named 53 sub-contractors and trade companies, many of them local, that worked on the project, claiming they were negligent and liable for millions in repairs done after the stadium was completed. - CBC news

Why would anyone work for these guys...this isn't the first time they threw subs under the bus for their own negligence!

Lawsuits like this are never good and are a real cash drain for the company. Under $4.00 is in the cards.
