Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

I tend to agree.  Without a thorough analysis of what positions were vacated I think it's invalid to pass judgement on the numbers alone.  Still, with no information to the contrary, and no expansion identified in LinkedIn it does lean to confirming that the expansion is not as fully developed as we have all been hoping for.  

One would have to think that if things were going well Heath would have made announcements and been pounding on the investment leader's doors as he suggested he would be doing.

I'm stil holding out for postive news that will demonstrate increased viability of the business through modest expansion, improved A/R collections, and a resolution to the insurance issues from the past.  I'm wary of Weedaide and MJ strains - it still feels largely like a distraction to me.
