RE:RE:RE:RE:Acquisition of LND
FWIW, I think we've heard all we're going to hear on the M&A strategy for the next 3 - 6 weeks.

My opinion is that the NR this week is all about one key transaction that they are solely focussed on that one deal.  It seems possible it's D9 but I wonder about any kind of conflict of interest with Nitin?  For that reason I wonder if it's someting else?  (however my bet is D9).

Financials are still to come this month and they may impact SP either way (and my inclination is that there will be a negative reaction - justified or not).

Lots of banter on the board about what's fair value of CXV.  My opinion is that the next financials will be the closest we've ever had to understanding that.  If they truly are cash flow positive as has been suggested then I think that's a turning point.  What they can do to improve from there will be open to speculation until the next release.  But, with the M&A pending I would guess a blackout will prevent any kind of update on any kind of news.

We might not even get the next financials - right?

It could very well be a merger with D9, but others are also being sought.

I think we shall hear more next week.
