Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

This is my expectation, which I think Bringon is stating:

1) existing growth plan is accommodated without the need for share issuance or debt

2) should an outsized opportunity arise that would have a more impactful result then the issuance of shares, or debt is on the table (and share issuance might offset debt, as a 2 step process)

I'm okay with that - for instance say they get a license for Utah and want to deply 10 locations simultaneously.  Then, I'd be in favour of raising capital to make that happen quickly, rather than serially.
